Building a New Kenya Through Youth Empowerment
Taifa Mpya emerged in the wake of the 2024 youth-led civic demonstrations in Kenya, born from a recognition that young people needed an organized, focused platform to channel their energy and idealism into meaningful civic participation.
We address the structural challenges facing Kenyan youth today: high youth unemployment, civic disengagement and voter apathy, limited leadership platforms for young people, and the lack of sustained civic education and participation structures.
